No Refund Policy

All fees paid towards any course, training program, certification, workshop, or service offered by the Institute of Banking Skills and Career (IBSC) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
 
Once payment has been successfully processed and access to the course, study materials, online resources, classroom sessions, or any related services has been provided, no refund, cancellation, or fee reversal request will be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
 
  • Non-attendance or failure to complete the course.
  • Change of mind or personal circumstances.
  • Misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the course content, structure, duration, or delivery method.
  • Dissatisfaction with individual learning outcomes.
  • Delay in securing interviews, placements, or employment opportunities.
  • Failure to meet course requirements or eligibility criteria after enrollment.
  • Any other personal, professional, technical, or unforeseen reason.
