2. Admission & Enrollment
Admission to any IBSC program is subject to eligibility criteria, document verification, and compliance with institutional policies.
- The student must provide accurate and complete information during the admission process.
- Failure to submit required documents or submission of false, misleading, or inaccurate information may result in immediate cancellation of admission or enrollment without any liability on the part of IBSC.
- IBSC reserves the right to reject, suspend, withdraw, or terminate admission at any stage if deemed necessary.
3. Academic Regulations
All students shall abide by the academic rules, regulations, policies, and procedures prescribed by IBSC from time to time.
- IBSC reserves the right to revise academic policies, curriculum, schedules, assessments, attendance requirements, and other academic matters at its sole discretion.
- Academic information may be shared with regulatory, administrative, accreditation, or statutory authorities whenever required for academic, administrative, or compliance purposes.
4. Fees & Payment Obligations
Course fees, training fees, placement-linked fees, or any other applicable charges shall be governed by the specific program enrolled in by the student.
- IBSC reserves the right to revise its fee structure from time to time.
- Students shall pay all applicable fees within the prescribed timelines.
- Failure to pay fees or installments within the stipulated period may result in suspension of services, withholding of certificates, restriction from assessments, or cancellation of enrollment.
- Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, fees paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Attendance & Discipline
Students are required to maintain regular attendance, actively participate in training sessions, and observe discipline at all times.
- Poor attendance, misconduct, indiscipline, disruptive behavior, or non-participation may affect eligibility for assessments, certifications, placement assistance, or continuation in the program.
- IBSC reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or termination, against students violating institutional rules.
6. Placement Assistance
Placement assistance is provided as a facilitation service only and does not constitute a guarantee of employment, salary level, job role, job location, promotion, or career progression. Final hiring decisions remain solely at the discretion of prospective employers.
7. Placement Eligibility
Students may be required to satisfy attendance, academic performance, conduct, documentation, and other eligibility requirements as determined by IBSC before being considered for placement assistance.
IBSC reserves the right to deny or withdraw placement assistance where such requirements are not met.
8. Certification
- Successful completion of the prescribed training program;
- Fulfillment of academic requirements;
- Compliance with attendance standards; and
- Clearance of all outstanding financial obligations, if any.
9. Study Material & Intellectual Property
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, upload, sell, or share such materials;
- Make materials available to third parties;
- Use course content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from IBSC.

Students may raise concerns, complaints, or grievances through the official communication channels designated by IBSC.
IBSC shall make reasonable efforts to review and address such matters in a fair and timely manner.
